Let the Right One In: Exclusion and Isolation within Outsider Status. Let the Right One In, a Swedish film released in October 2008, is a major addition to the repertoire of vampire lore that Bram Stoker started in 1897 with his novel Dracula. The film is based on John Ajvide Lindqvist’s novel with the same title and directed by Tomas Alfredson.
